Tips For Naturally Healthy Eyelashes

Our eyes say so much about us! And the pursuit of long, thick and healthy eyelashes has been at the forefront of many of our minds. To maintain healthy eyelashes, it is important to clean them daily, avoid using harmful cosmetics, and eat a healthy, balanced diet. Certain vitamins and proteins in the diet such as biotin, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acids can also strengthen your lashes. Additionally, avoid excessive rubbing or pulling of the eyelashes (say NO to waterproof cosmetics which are difficult to remove) and avoid harsh chemical treatments such as lash extensions or perms as can also help to maintain naturally healthy lashes.
